Negen Undiscovered Value Fund is the first scheme launched by Negen Investment Trust, which is registered with SEBI as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
The Investment Manager of the fund is Negen Capital Services Private Limited. Negen Capital is also the Investment Manager of Negen Tech Opportunities Angel Fund and Negen Startup Opportunities Angel Fund which are registered with SEBI as Category I AIFs and Negen Capital is also a SEBI registered Portfolio Management Service. Together under its various offerings, Negen Capital is managing over 1700+ Crore.
Our fund focuses on finding undervalued investment opportunities with identifiable catalysts such as corporate actions, long term industry trends or regulatory changes to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns across different market segments, including Special Situation Investments, Pre-IPOs, and Anchor book investments.

FOUNDER
Mr. Neil Bahal is the Founder of Negen Category III AIF. He is also the founder of Negen Special Situations PMS & Negen Category I AIF. He started investing at an early age of 15 and has more than a decade's experience in the Indian capital market.
He founded Negen PMS in April 2017 which has maintained its highest ‘5 Star’ rating as PMSBazaar and CRISIL rankings over the past 3 years (FY21, FY22 & FY23) and remained one of India’s top performing PMS in the Multicap category. To capture the startup industry of the ever-growing consumer markets of India, Neil founded Negen Capital AIF in April 2022 with an aim to invest in startups and founders building profitable consumer - centric brands. Some of Negen Category I AIF key investments include Blue Tokai, R for Rabbit, Burma Burma, Snapmint, Dwija Foods, Burger Singh & WLDD
